Japanese Cooking Scum & Oil Absorbing Sheets are disposable round sheets for soups, hot pot, curry, stew, simmered dishes, and other one-pot cooking. Place one sheet on the surface while cooking to help absorb floating scum and excess oil without scooping by hand.

The lightweight non-woven sheet helps keep broth clear while reducing extra grease. Once oil and scum are absorbed, they stay in the sheet instead of returning to the soup.
