Yui Mart ships curated Japanese snacks, beverages, beauty items, home goods, stationery, accessories, and everyday lifestyle essentials from New York. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only.

  • We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or other U.S. territories.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $99.
  • A flat shipping fee of $7.99 applies to orders under $99.
  • Shipping rates and promotions may be updated from time to time and will be shown at checkout when applicable.

Order Processing and Ship-Out Time

  • In-stock orders are typically packed and shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed, excluding weekends.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday begin processing on the next business day.
  • The 48-hour ship-out window refers to order processing time before carrier pickup. Carrier transit time begins after the package has been shipped.
  • Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, severe weather, carrier disruptions, inventory checks, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order is shipped, estimated delivery time is usually 2 to 10 business days depending on your location and the carrier service used. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may change due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other service disruptions.

Pre-Order Items

  • If your order includes pre-order items, the full order may ship together after the pre-order item arrives.
  • If you need in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.

Out-of-Stock Items

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we will contact you or refund the out-of-stock item to the original payment method.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
  • Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
  • If your tracking has not updated after several business days, please contact us at yuimart.us@gmail.com.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at yuimart.us@gmail.com. We will try to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
  • Yui Mart is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

  • If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, mailroom, or the carrier first.
  • Yui Mart is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery.
  • If you need help reviewing a delivery issue, contact us at yuimart.us@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, additional shipping fees may apply. Original shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
