How to Use

1. Place the board securely on a stable, dry work surface.
2. Cut ingredients on the flat section and guide them toward the raised pocket.
3. Carry the board to the sink, rinse the ingredients and allow water to drain through the slots.
4. Use the curved pocket to guide the prepared ingredients into cookware or a serving bowl.

Care & Safety
