SENBIRD Genmaicha Tsukimi is a naturally caffeine-free Japanese herbal tea made entirely from roasted sweet brown mochi rice grown in Hokkaido. Unlike traditional genmaicha, it contains no green tea leaves. The golden infusion has a bold toasted aroma, soft nutty flavor and gentle natural sweetness, making it easy to enjoy hot or iced at any time of day.

How to Brew

Add 1–2 heaping tablespoons to a teapot, mug or infuser. Pour in 240–355ml (8–12 fl oz) of water at about 95°C (203°F), then steep for 3–5 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot, or cool and serve over ice. Re-steep once if desired.
