How to Use

Place the sharpener securely on a stable, dry surface and hold the body firmly. Insert the knife blade straight into the sharpening slot and draw it gently in one direction without applying excessive force. After sharpening, wipe or rinse the knife carefully before use.

Caution: Use only with compatible double-bevel stainless-steel or steel knives. Do not use with ceramic, titanium, serrated, single-bevel or specialty blades. Keep fingers away from the blade and sharpening slot. The magnet is intended for storage only; confirm that the mounting surface is magnetic and that the sharpener is secure before releasing it.
