Fuji no Haru is cultivated using the Nakashima method, which evaluates local soil conditions and adapts fertilization accordingly. This carefully managed nutrient supply helps increase the tea leaves’ theanine concentration, creating a fuller umami taste.
How to Prepare
- Sift approximately 2g of matcha into a bowl.
- Add 50ml of water heated to approximately 80°C / 176°F.
- Whisk briskly for about 10 seconds until evenly mixed and lightly foamy.
For a latte, prepare the matcha as above and add warm or iced milk to taste.
