KOKUBO Japanese Tofu Dicing Plate – KK-408

Cut soft tofu into neat, even cubes without a knife or cutting board using the KOKUBO Tofu Dicing Plate. Made in Japan, this foldable kitchen tool works with the tofu’s original container to make preparation easier for miso soup, mapo tofu, salads, hot pot, and more.

How to Use

1. Drain the tofu and remove it from its original container.
2. Open the cutter and place it across the long side of the empty tofu pack with the cutting ribs positioned correctly.
3. Place the tofu on top and press gently so it passes through the slots into the pack, creating slices in one direction.
4. Insert the cutter at the edge of the pack until it reaches the bottom, then slide it across to complete the cube cuts.

Care & Notes

Wash before and after use with mild dish soap and a soft sponge, then dry thoroughly. Do not expose to temperatures above 90°C or use near direct flame. Do not force or bend the tool excessively. Results may vary depending on the tofu’s firmness, size, and container shape. Although the plastic cutting ribs reduce the risk associated with a knife, children should use this product only with adult supervision.
