Kyowa Shiko Oil Strainer Paper is a round Japanese kitchen paper made for filtering used cooking oil after frying. Place it in an oil pot or strainer to help catch crumbs and food particles so cooking oil can be stored more neatly for later use.
Each sheet has small side tabs for easier handling and removal after straining. The cupra non-woven fabric is made without fluorescent dye, making it a practical disposable filter paper for tempura, karaage, fries, and other fried foods.
