How to Use

1. Place the mat on a clean, dry work surface.
2. Lay a sheet of nori on the mat and spread the rice and fillings evenly.
3. Lift the near edge of the mat, roll forward and press gently to shape.
4. Open the mat carefully and slice the finished roll.

Care

Hand wash promptly with mild dish soap and a soft sponge, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely before storage. Do not place in a dishwasher or dish dryer. Keep away from direct flame, stovetops and ovens.
