Shimomura ProGrade PG-615 Rotating Vegetable Holder & Finger Guard

Slice and grate vegetables with greater control using the Shimomura ProGrade PG-615 Rotating Vegetable Holder. Designed as a protective finger guard for mandoline slicers and graters, it secures ingredients with stainless steel pins and gripping claws so you can prepare smaller pieces safely and reduce food waste.

Secure Rotating Design

The pins and claws hold vegetables firmly while the rotating handle lets you change the ingredient’s direction without releasing your grip. This makes it easier to find a comfortable working angle and continue slicing ingredients down to a smaller size.
