How to Use

1. Place a washed long green onion securely on a cutting board.
2. Hold the onion firmly and pull the blades lengthwise along the white section using light, controlled pressure.
3. Repeat as needed, then cut the scored onion into the desired length and soak briefly in cold water for curled strands.
4. Use the sliding cleaner to release fibers caught between the blades.
