Shimomura Full Veggie Smile FVS-607 2-Way Aluminum Grater

Grate vegetables and fresh condiments with one lightweight tool using the Shimomura Full Veggie Smile FVS-607 Aluminum Grater. Its two grating sections create different textures for everyday Japanese cooking, from crisp grated daikon to finely grated ginger and wasabi.

Two Grating Textures in One Tool

• Coarse grating section: Ideal for daikon, apples, and other fruits or vegetables.
• Fine grating section: Designed for condiments such as ginger and wasabi.

The coarse teeth face in both directions, helping grate ingredients smoothly with a back-and-forth motion. The end section is shaped to temporarily collect freshly grated food for convenient preparation and serving.
