How to Use
Place a peeled garlic clove on a stable cutting board. Grip it securely with the holder, then move the mincer back and forth over the garlic until the desired texture is reached. Use the brush end of the holder to gather the minced garlic from the board.

The blades are sharp. Always use the holder, keep fingers away from the blade area, and work on a stable, slip-resistant surface. Keep out of reach of children. Wash promptly after use; if cleaning by hand, use a brush rather than touching the blades directly.
